Congratulations go out to John Lockhart and Ron Urquhart for their win on Sunday with a 12.00 lb bag of smallies. Second place went to Gary Hastey and Norm Stewart with 11.90 lbs while Bruce Hanley and Serge Ethier took third with 11.75 lbs. July 10th, Kids Charity Tournament

To all of you who donated time, prizes and financial support, a big thank you. You are the people who make this day as special as it is.

July 3rd, 2010 Shoot-Out

Well it was Lake Utopia at it's ususal stingy self again. Lots of 13 and 14 inch fish but hard to find the kickers that you need for a shoot out style event. First two hour period saw 11 fish weighed in: 1st place went to Frank Cooke and Larry Cooke with a 2.70lb fish 2nd place went to Cameron Cooke and Carson Cooke with a 2.60 lb fish 3rd place went to Ray McFarlane and Rod McFarlane with a 2.35 fish Round two saw 13 fish brought to the scales: 1st place went to Bert Beek and Ralph Beek with a 2.40 lb fish 2nd place was a three way tie between Mike Rickett and Randy Smith, Cameron Cooke and Carson Cooke and Joe Poirier and Joyce Williams. Prize for second and third was combined and spilt three ways. The fish were all 2.25 lb Round three there was 14 fish weighed in: 1st place went to John Lockhart and Ron Urquahart with a 2.85 lb fish 2nd place went to Joe Poirier and Joyce Williams with a 2.50 lb fish 3rd place went to Steve Dalling and Royce Dalling with a 2.35 lb fish The final round saw 17 fish weighed in: 1st place went to Rick Greene and Judy Greene with a 3.55 lb fish 2nd place went to Dave Matheson and Jeremy Matheson with a 2.80 lb fish 3rd place was a tie between Joe Poirier and Joyce Williams and Cameron Cooke and Carson Cooke at 2.35 lbs. One hundred per cent of entry fees was paid out to the anglers.
